THE HOP!

The fresh hop beer of St Martin Vésubie is a harvest beer made from fresh hop flowers used right after picking, without drying or processing.
This subtle beer reveals the vegetal fragrance and freshness of the plant.
For this first harvest from our own hop field, we used naturally aromatic "cascade" hops.

Artisanal and regional beer from Saint Martin Vésubie, 100% organic and brewed with spring water.

Unfiltered and unpasteurized beer, therefore a slight haze may form.
